How to create a variant bundle using Roadmap
Overview
Creating a Variant Bundle is very similar to creating a Fixed Bundle. You’ll set your bundle pricing (discount type), optionally enable market-specific pricing, then build the bundle by adding product selectors (the “slots” customers choose from).

Create your variant bundle
On the New bundle page, open the discount type dropdown and choose how you want pricing to work for this bundle:
% Discount offFixed bundle price
% Discount off when the products in a selector vary in price. This applies a blanket discount regardless of which products the shopper selects.Fixed bundle price when you want a fixed price regardless of the products selected (for example, Buy any 2 for $100).After choosing the discount type, enter the value for your pricing:
- If using
% Discount off, enter the percentage (for example,20for 20% off). - If using
Fixed bundle price, enter the fixed bundle price amount for the offer.
If you want different pricing by region, enable Enable market-specific discounts.
When enabled, your markets will appear so you can edit their specific pricing.
To start building the variant bundle, click Add products.
In the product picker, select all products you want included in your first selector, then click Add to confirm.
To create a second/third/fourth selection in the bundle, click Add products again.
Select the products for that selector, then click Add to finalise your choices.
If you need to change a selector after adding it, click Edit.
Select the products you want to remove for that selector, then press Select to confirm the updated product choice.
When you’re finished building your bundle, click Save.
After you save
Congrats—your Variant Bundle has been created in Roadmap. You can view or update your Variant Bundle’s details from the bundle details screen.
Edit the bundle media in Shopify
To edit the bundle’s media in Shopify, select Edit Bundle Product.
