What is Roadmap and what does it do?

What Roadmap is

Roadmap is a platform that brings multiple customer-facing growth tools into one place, organised as modules you can access from the main navigation. Depending on what you enable, you can run promotions (like gift-with-purchase and discounts), collect and display reviews, manage subscriptions, support Shopify POS workflows, and set up loyalty and rewards.

In the Roadmap documentation, modules are grouped by the same names you’ll see in the product navigation (for example, GWP & Discounts and Reviews). If you don’t see a module in your navigation, it may not be enabled or available in your workspace.

How Roadmap is organised

Main navigation modules

  • Getting Started — onboarding guidance and the basics of setting up Roadmap.

  • GWP & Discounts — tools related to gift-with-purchase (GWP) and discount-driven offers.

  • Loyalty & Rewards (draft) — loyalty functionality that may be under development or not yet generally available.

  • Reviews — tools for collecting, managing, and using customer reviews.

  • Subscriptions — tools related to subscription products and subscription customer experiences.

  • Shopify POS — tools and guidance for using Roadmap features with Shopify Point of Sale.
