## Build your own loyalty page in customer accounts

Shopify's new customer accounts now get a full loyalty tab, and you decide what goes on it: the hero, the blocks, and the layout, all from the new **New Accounts Dashboard** builder.

### Product feature

* Add a loyalty page to the account menu, alongside Orders and Profile.
* Build the page from blocks: points balance, tier status, referrals, birthday, ways to earn and redeem, product rewards, a bonus-points collection, and your VIP tiers.
* Drag blocks into position and set how wide each one runs, with a live preview of the layout as you go.
* Add a hero image, a greeting, and intro copy, and give every membership tier its own icon, subtitle, and benefit list.
* Colours follow your Shopify customer account theme, so the page sits naturally beside the rest of the account area.

## Combine a customer's same-day subscription orders

When a customer has more than one subscription billing on the same day, Roadmap can now merge them into a single order, with one charge and one order number.

### Product feature

* Turn it on with **Combine Same-Day Orders** in Billing Settings, off until you enable it.
* Subscriptions on the same schedule bill together every cycle; subscriptions on different schedules combine whenever their billing dates coincide.
* Only subscriptions delivering to the same address and recipient are combined, so nothing is redirected to the wrong place.
* The combined order takes the best shipping offer of the subscriptions in it, and an expired card on one subscription no longer holds up the rest.
* Every subscription keeps its own schedule, cycle count, and discount tracking, with the combined order tagged in Shopify and recorded on each subscription's timeline.

## Ask Shopify Sidekick about your Roadmap data

You can now ask Shopify's Sidekick assistant about your Roadmap loyalty, referral, review, subscription, discount, and bundle data in plain language.

### Product feature

* Pull period-compared reports: loyalty, referrals, reviews, subscriptions, churn, discounts, and bundles.
* Look up individual customers, subscriptions, coupons, and more directly from Sidekick.
* Read-only by design: Sidekick answers questions but never changes your data.
* Approve access once via the Sidekick prompt, then just ask.

## Trade Dashboard: PO numbers with your own labels

B2B customers can now record a PO number against their quotes, under whatever name fits your workflow.

* Rename the field title and placeholder to your own term, like Project Reference.
* Show the value in the quotes list beneath the quote number, and carry it onto quote PDFs.

## Quote PDFs: generate, download, and share branded quotes

Any Trade quote can now become a branded PDF that customers download, share by permanent link, or tailor for their own clients.

### Product feature

* Generate a PDF from any quote, then download it, open it in the browser, or copy a link that never expires.
* Design the template in Trade Settings: logo, colours, addresses, payment terms, and an optional Pay now button that opens Shopify checkout.
* Customers save their own PDF defaults, shared company-wide for B2B teams.
* Reselling customers can re-title, re-brand, and re-price the PDF for their end clients, with a markup cap you control.
* Completed orders download as invoices with their own document title.

## Tag-based membership tiers: a secondary loyalty program

You can now grant a loyalty tier through a Shopify customer tag, running an invite-style program alongside your milestone tiers.

* Runs as a secondary program alongside points-earned and amount-spent tiers.
* Tag-based tiers have no expiry date; membership follows the tag.
