Redeem points on subscription orders

Let subscribers apply loyalty points to an upcoming subscription order through Subscriptions Integration.

Subscribers earn points on every renewal. Subscriptions Integration lets them apply points to an upcoming subscription order.

Turn it on

In Loyalty Program → Points, find Subscriptions Integration. Select Allow loyalty points redemption on subscriptions, then save.

How it works

• Customers apply the loyalty program’s amount discounts from the subscription widget dashboard.

• Redemption criteria carry over. A reward with a minimum spend stays unavailable until the upcoming order meets it.
