# Troubleshooting the bundle feed

Fix the common Google Merchant Center issues with the Roadmap bundle feed: bundle listings that error or won't update, missing bundles, and wrong-currency markets.

Find your symptom below. Each one comes down to a known cause.

### Bundle products show errors or never update

Check how the bundle feed is registered in Google Merchant Center. It must be a **primary** data source. Bundles aren't Shopify products, so they don't exist in your main product feed, and a supplemental feed can only update products that already exist in a primary one. Registered as supplemental, bundle offers error rather than list.

### A bundle is missing from the feed

The bundle feed carries **active** bundles only. Check the bundle's status in Shopify: publish it and it joins the feed, unpublish it and it drops out.

### Bundles show the wrong currency in a market

Each market's Merchant Center account needs its own feed URL: that market's store domain with the matching `country` code, generated per market in **Settings → Google Merchant Center**. A URL with the wrong domain or country code feeds the wrong market's pricing.

Changes to your Shopify Markets can also knock a feed out of sync with its currency, for example deleting your default market or moving it to draft. If a market's feed is suddenly serving the wrong currency, contact Roadmap support to re-sync it.

### Other listings look stale or wrong

The Roadmap bundle feed only carries your bundles. Everything else in Merchant Center comes from your primary product feed, so if regular listings show old images or outdated details, check that data source's health instead.

{% hint style="info" %}
When you raise a feed issue with Roadmap support, granting access to your Merchant Center account lets the team inspect what Google is actually seeing, which speeds everything up.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.roadmap.so/bundles/troubleshooting-the-bundle-feed.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
